GUACAMOLE
1 avocado 1/2 natural yogurt 1/4 onion 1 garlic clove 2 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon TERRA DELYSSA’s harissa 8 tbspoons of TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil salt
Peel the avocado and retire the seed, and cut it in pieces. crush onion and garlic. Put all the pieces together in a bowl : yogurt, lemon juice, salt, harissa and oil, and mash it gently until you get a paste. Delicious with nachos, tacos, shrimps or to dip vegetables.
