VEGETARIAN COUSCOUS

 250g of couscous
 chickpea 200g (7 oz) put to soak the day before
 2 tomatoes peeled and cut out of dice
 2 carrots, 2 zucchinis, 2 turnips
 1 onion thin slice
 1 chopped clove of garlic
 1 tbspoon TERRA DELYSSA’s harissa
 2 soup spoon of dry grapes
 1 soup spoon of chopped parsley
 1 tbspoon of mint (fresh or dry)
 4+4 tbspoon TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil

In a pan, place chickpeas and boil them for 1 hour. In the bottom of a couscoussier, place carrots, tomatoes, onion, garlic, turnip, oil, harissa and spices with two glasses of water. Salt. Cook for 15 minutes. Add zucchinis and  In the higher part, Cook couscous with the vapor (15/20 minutes)..
Pour on the couscous 2 tbspoons of olive oil ands dry grapes. Mix gently. Present the couscous surrounded of vegetables.
