PENNE PASTA WITH DRIED TOMATOES AND OLIVES
350 gr [12 oz] Penne Pasta, 100 gr [3,5 oz] TERRA DELYSSA’s olives, 1 onion, 4 TERRA DELYSSA’s dried tomatoes, 100 gr (3,5 oz) feshly grated parmesan cheese, 6 Tbspoons TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil 1 Tbspoon TERRA DELYSSA’s harissa. Boil the pasta in salted water and strain them when they are still a little firm ; spread 2 Tbspoon of olive oil and mix. Peel and mince the onion ; fry it slowly in 4 Tbspoons olive oil. After 10 minutes, add dried tomatoes and harissa. In this pan, pour the pasta and fry for 2 minutes (turn gently. Serve right away with the parmesan cheese on the table. |
