CHICKEN "EN PAPILLOTE"
4 chicken breasts, 200 gr (7 oz) TERRA DELYSSA’s tapenade 2 garlic cloves, 1 lemon juice, 8 tbspoons TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil salt & pepper. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Mix with Tapenade and olive oil. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise in the center and fill them with the mixture. Display each breast on a double sheet of greaseproof paper. Spread them with oil and lemon, then salt and pepper. Close the sheets and bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven at 200°C/400°F. Serve in the papillotes, with rice or steamed potatoes. |
