THE REAL « SALADE NIçOISE »
1 lettuce heart 1 small onion cut in fine slices 1 crushed garlic clove 4 fresh tomatoes cut in cubes 4 TERRA DELYSSA’s artichokes hearts 8 anchovy 2 boilled eggs 100 g (3,5 oz) boilled rice 200 g (7 oz) natural tuna 8 tbspoon TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil 2 Tbspoons balsamic vinegar, 8 leaves of fresh basil 1 lemon 10 TERRA DELYSSA’s olives niçoises Prepare the sauce with olive oil, vinegar, lemon, garlic, basil and onion. Lay out lettuce, cold rice, tomatoes, artichokes and tuna in a great bowl. Mix gently With the sauce. Garnish with eggs cut in 4, anchovy and olives. Refresh before serving |
