THE REAL MEDITERRANEAN TAPENADE PARTY
200 gr (7 oz) TERRA DELYSSA’s tapenade 1 garlic cloves, 4 tbspoons of chopped basil 1/2 lemon juice, 4 tbspoons TERRA DELYSSA’s extra virgin oil 4 carrots cut in slices 1 little cauliflower 4 boilled eggs 1 little lettuce 4 steamed zucchinis 4 steamed potatoes
Mix the tapenade with olive oil, mashed garlic, basil and lemon juice. Prepare the culin and steamed vegetables and display on a great plate. Serve with a bowl of fresh tapenade sauce and grilled bread. You can dip vegetables and slice bread.
