• most of the production would have a mild taste and a golden coulor. Contact us to check on availability if you are looking for a dark color and/or  strong fruity/peppery taste.
• Bulk Virgin olive oil :
• 0.7% < acidity < 2 % or more if requested.
• Our virgin has usually a strong taste and dark color making it perfect for blends.
• Refined Olive Oil :  a refined lampante with acidity < 0.1%
• Pure Olive oil: A Blend of 90% refined and 10% virgin olive oil.
• Pomace oil : ask about our 2 options:
• Xenone Expelled pomace.
• Natural heat expelled pomace.
