HEALTHY ADVICE 

Amount of cholesterol in mg (for about 3,5 oz)

Eat each day vegetables, milk, fruits and cereales products (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, grains)
Use olive oil for all cooking, saisonning and replacing butter.
Prefere chicken (without skin) and fish to the meat (which contains bad fats)
Eggs contains cholesterol, use in moderation
Wine in moderation is good for health (1 glass per day)
Forget sweets !!!

Olive oil is a key part of this healthy way of eating, replacing butter, margarine and other fats. High in monounsaturated fat, olive oil helps lower bad LDL cholesterol while maintaining good HDL cholesterol. And it's a good source of antioxidants including vitamin E and K
